Accessibility of the Mobigo road network

To make travelling easier, the Mobigo regional network offers disabled people the chance to book their journey on board Mobigo vehicles. The cost of a journey for a person wishing to take advantage of the accessibility service on Mobigo lines is €1.50.

Numerous accessibility improvements have also been made to bus stops, some of which are already accessible. Upgrades planned over the coming years will improve access for all types of disability, particularly motor and visual.

To find out which bus stops are accessible, please consult the timetables or call the call centre on 03 80 11 29 29, available Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

How to book the service

In order to best prepare for the transport of Wheelchair Users (UFR), we strongly advise you to book your journey in advance, particularly in the event that several UFR wish to use the same service at the same time. Vehicles on the Mobigo regional network are only equipped with a limited number of wheelchair spaces.
For all bookings, please contact the Mobigo call centre (03 80 11 29 29) no later than 5 p.m. on the previous day (and on Friday for journeys on Sunday or Monday) for all journeys requiring the use of the wheelchair boarding system.
